The biological signature of mental health.

One reusable engine that turns non-invasive biology into a stratified, auditable signal, proven first on burnout.

Pseudonymised at source
Identity is split from biology before a sample is scored.
ISO 13485 quality framework
Developed under the medical-device quality-management standard for diagnostic software.
GDPR & health-data compliant
Built to EU health-data standards, audit trail on every result.

We need to bring the same rigor to mental disorders that we use elsewhere in medicine: measurable, biological signals instead of relying solely on what people report.

The NeuraScore platform

A revolutionary data signal-processing architecture in biology.

One deterministic, auditable engine turns non-invasive biology into a stratified signal, reused condition after condition.

Preanalytic QC and explicit gates set what each sample is allowed to claim. Known confounds are handled before anything is scored.

Why it holds up
[ I ]
Fully auditable.

Every result traces back to its graded evidence and stays reviewable end to end, never a black box.

[ II ]
Governed by design.

The runtime is deterministic. Rules stay frozen and versioned; nothing is improvised per sample.

[ III ]
Reusable core.

Each module adds a rule pack; the engine core is unchanged, decreasing cost per condition.

In plain terms
Explicit gateA hard rule that decides what a sample is allowed to claim before it is scored.ConfoundsOutside factors, such as illness, medication or timing, that can distort a biological signal.Modular scale-outAdding new conditions as separate rule packs on the same core engine.Graded evidenceFindings weighted by how strong the supporting research is.Deterministic runtimeThe same inputs always produce the same result, with no randomness.Frozen & versioned rulesScoring rules are locked and version-tracked, never changed per sample.
Beyond one sample, beyond one disease

Matrix-agnostic. Condition-agnostic.

The core does not care which sample it reads or which condition it is asked about. It scores the biology it is given, stratifies risk into tiers, and reroutes each person to the right next step when one is needed.

Scientific basis

Reading mental health as biology, not category.

Burnout, low mood and anxiety overlap on a continuous spectrum. We read that spectrum through biological domains, not discrete boxes.

A shared spectrum

Conditions are regions on one biological continuum, not separate boxes.

Anxiety Depression PTSD Burnout One personsits in the overlap lower signal load higher signal load
Anxiety Burnout Depression PTSD
The same biological systems recur across burnout, depression, anxiety and trauma with different signatures. NeuraScore reads where on the continuum a person sits, not which box they belong to.

The body is a metabolic system before it is a psychiatric category: we read the system, not the label.

NeuraCorp founding principle
In plain terms

NeuraSens reads mental health from the body’s biology rather than from questionnaires alone. From a single non-invasive sample we measure a panel of biological signals and turn them into a clear, stratified score. The rest of this page explains the two scientific lenses we use to read those signals, and why one biology can speak to several conditions.

Mental-health conditions rarely map to a single marker. The same biological signals regroup depending on the scientific lens you read them through.

RDoC domains
RDoC · Research Domain Criteria

The US National Institute of Mental Health framework replaces diagnostic labels with measurable functional domains: arousal and regulatory systems, negative and positive valence, cognition and social processes. A person is described by where they sit on each domain, read from biology, rather than by the category they were assigned.

Arousal & RegulatoryHow the body ramps up and settles down: the stress (HPA) axis and the sleep-wake balance.Negative ValenceSystems for threat, fear and loss that drive low mood and anxiety.Cognitive SystemsAttention, memory and mental control.
Metabolic psychiatry

A fast-growing field that treats many psychiatric conditions as, in part, disorders of energy metabolism, inflammation and circadian regulation. It looks for the mechanism beneath the symptom: mitochondrial function, HPA-axis load and immune signalling, and reads mental health as a systemic, measurable state.

Energy metabolismHow cells produce and use energy, including mitochondrial function.InflammationLow-grade immune activation that can affect the brain.Circadian regulationThe body’s daily clock governing sleep, hormones and rhythm.Oxidative stressCellular wear from an imbalance of reactive molecules.
Validation

The rule base is built from a graded, DOI-traceable literature corpus. The first module is validated on a cohort of Walloon workers against established burnout inventories, with explicit detection of masked burnout, where biology and self-report diverge.
